Legal Aid Ontario is seeking a Senior Counsel to provide high quality criminal defence for vulnerable clients across the Northeast region, including Sault Ste. Marie.
The role combines court advocacy, mentorship and case management to improve access to justice. The successful candidate will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice, handle complex bail and voir dire matters, and collaborate with LAO staff, private counsel and community partners to strengthen LAO’s
