Reporting to the Lounge Manager, the Duty Manager oversees the Executive Lounge operation. Swissport’s Aspire Lounges provide comfortable seating, complimentary food and drinks, WiFi, and guest experiences worldwide. This position combines hospitality, people management, compliance, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Lounge Agents and direct daily staff duties
- Complete and distribute accurate daily operational reports
- Monitor budgets, financial KPIs, audits, and lounge standards
- Coach staff and maintain performance management records
- Ensure guest service, safety, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Three years as a maître d'hôtel or restaurant manager
- Leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
- Availability for diverse shifts, weekends, and holidays
