This Project Coordinator supports bridge and infrastructure projects from award through engineering, fabrication, delivery, installation, and closeout. Working with Project Managers, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments, you will maintain schedules, coordinate resources, and track project requirements. The position suits someone early in a project-management career who enjoys solving problems and maintaining momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate activities from project award through closeout
- Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action-item lists
- Track scope, changes, budgets, costs, commitments, and expenditures




- Coordinate purchasing, production schedules, transportation, and deliveries
- Identify risks, delays, and conflicts requiring corrective action

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in project management or related discipline
- Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and cost control
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
