Apply regulatory enforcement expertise as an Inspector with AGCO, conducting risk-based compliance activities across alcohol, lottery, and cannabis sectors.

Reporting to the Manager, Regulatory Compliance, this Inspector delivers regulatory assurance for AGCO-regulated entities. The work requires inspections, information gathering, report writing, and stakeholder education. You will support outcomes-focused services while applying legislation, standards, rules, terms, conditions, and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct risk-based, outcomes-focused compliance inspections
- Validate procedures, manuals, practices, and regulatory requirements
- Educate stakeholders about AGCO regulatory objectives
- Document inspections and maintain activity logs
- Prepare reports and escalate according to policy

Requirements:

- Substantial risk-based regulatory enforcement knowledge
- Direct inspection or compliance activity experience
- Excellent report writing and organizational skills
- Sound decisions during difficult or confrontational situations
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
