Industrial Millwright Maintenance Technician work in Grande Prairie, maintaining pulp mill equipment through precision repairs and preventative maintenance. This is a full time permanent position.

Reporting to the Fiberline Area Maintenance Manager, the Millwright Technician supports equipment reliability at the Grande Prairie pulp mill. The work includes preventative maintenance, failure elimination, lubrication surveys, and technical standards improvements. Candidates should bring industrial maintenance experience, engineering drawing skills, and troubleshooting knowledge across mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and maintain equipment throughout mill areas
- Complete preventative maintenance work orders and routes
- Participate actively in the mill’s RCFA process




- Survey lubrication-related failure causes and identify solutions
- Improve technical standards, instructions, and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or trade school
- Five years’ industrial maintenance experience
- Experience reading engineering drawings and troubleshooting equipment
- Computer experience for records and documentation
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call
