Deliver financial guidance and investment education on-site at Beem Credit Union’s Vernon Branch, supporting members through key milestones.

As a Financial Solutions Associate, you provide proactive, milestone-based guidance without an assigned portfolio. You support savings, registered products, lending needs, and member engagement. You also identify when licensed advice or advanced planning is required, ensuring appropriate referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct discovery conversations about member goals and financial milestones
- Guide savings, RRSP, TFSA, RESP, GIC, and term deposit decisions
- Support budgeting, emergency savings, debt reduction, and credit strategies
- Document interactions and coaching notes accurately in the CRM




- Refer members to licensed specialists for required advice

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Finance, Business, or related education preferred
- Two to four years’ advisory or retail financial services experience
- Strong understanding of investment principles and registered products
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfort using CRM systems and supporting digital adoption
