You will frame ambiguous problems, partner with product and engineering, and engage customers throughout the process. The work supports Samsara's Connected Operations Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ambiguous initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration
- Design and build experiences across web and mobile
- Engage strategic customers and incorporate feedback into product decisions
- Use AI tools throughout the design process




- Ship code across design systems, web products, and mobile apps

Requirements:

- Eight or more years designing web and mobile applications
- Portfolio showing ambiguous problems and post-launch outcomes
- Deep interaction and visual design skills
- Shipped work using AI tools such as Cursor or Figma Make
- Experience mentoring designers and researching customers
