This Utility EIT role requires a solid foundation in electrical utility and distribution design. You will develop photovoltaic, BESS, and microgrid designs while working alongside senior engineers. The position supports growth toward a full P.Eng. designation through substantial project responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as Engineer of Record for electrical designs and deliverables
- Develop PV and BESS electrical design packages and specifications
- Engineer microgrid interconnection, architecture, and operating modes
- Coordinate with EPCs, utilities, owners, and community stakeholders




- Perform power system, grounding, and bonding studies as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of overall engineering experience
- At least two years of electrical utility experience required
- At least two years of distribution design experience required
- Active EIT registration with APEGA or APEGS
- Foundation in electrical utility engineering design and planning
