Lead project risk management for Alstom’s Toronto operations, using quantitative analysis and risk reporting. This full-time role requires four onsite days weekly.

As Senior Risk Manager, you will lead the Risk Management function within the Project team. You will identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, savings, and opportunities across railway and infrastructure projects. Your work includes collaborating with Project Managers, Core Teams, Scheduling, Cost Control, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Govern project risks, opportunities, and contingency management
- Facilitate workshops for risk, saving, and opportunity identification
- Maintain consolidated Risk and Prospect Registers
- Lead quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses
- Deliver actionable risk reporting and dashboards

Requirements:

- 10+ years of risk management experience
- Experience with Monte Carlo Risk Assessment tools
- Proficiency in QCRA and QSRA
- Strong analytical and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Knowledge of railway products and systems
