Hybrid Financial Analyst work at Intact centers on financial modelling and business valuation for private placement transactions. Support profitable growth across Canada’s brokerage network.

As part of the Distribution Financial Strategy team, you will support lending, equity investments, succession planning, and investment governance. You will analyze information, develop recommendations, and help create customized financial solutions. Your work will support distributors’ performance, growth, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute financial transactions involving valuation and agreement modelling
- Draft transaction memos and follow legal document preparation
- Present dashboards monitoring partner performance and strategic alignment




- Analyze investment opportunities across the property and casualty ecosystem
- Support brokers with strategic, financial, and operational goals

Requirements:

- University degree in finance or accounting
- Internship or up to two years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of transactions, M&A;, financing, and valuation
- Solid Excel, Power BI, and financial modelling skills
- Interest in pursuing CFA or CPA designation
