Support Alberta’s highway system in Lethbridge through contract administration, field inspections, and asset inventory data management. This permanent role is full time, Monday to Friday.

As a Field Support Technologist with Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors, you will provide technical expertise for Provincial Highway Maintenance Contracts. Your work will include auditing activities, maintaining asset data, and supporting public safety. You will also assist with agreements, policies, programs, and departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Highway Maintenance Contracts and support provincial highway maintenance
- Conduct field inspections and identify potential maintenance issues
- Collect and update asset condition data using RFC applications
- Assist with contracts, service agreements,



and consultant agreements
- Support Highway Clean-up and Adopt-a-Highway programs

Requirements:

- Two-year related technical diploma and four years’ related experience
- Knowledge of road design, highway construction, maintenance, and contracts
- Knowledge of surveys, construction practices, plans, and project management
- Advanced Microsoft Office, PMA-M, and Impromptu software knowledge
- Sound knowledge of Transportation Infrastructure Management System
