Drive full-cycle recruitment for Salit Steel from Grimsby or Etobicoke, using proactive sourcing and Dayforce ATS onsite. Regular GTA and Niagara travel is required.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit technical, trade, frontline, and qualified salaried talent. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, preboarding, and orientation. The role supports Ontario operations while assisting Canadian and United States locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own recruitment from intake calls through preboarding
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and job fairs
- Manage concurrent high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Partner with hiring managers and deliver interview training
- Manage agencies, offers,



orientation, and Dayforce ATS data

Requirements:

- Minimum four years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting industrial, trades, and professional roles
- Ontario-focused, multi-jurisdictional recruitment experience
- Dayforce ATS and modern recruiting technology experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel
