The Lakeland District for Sport, Culture and Recreation (LDSCR) is looking for someone agile, dedicated, and passionate to help strengthen and support the amazing communities across our region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Acting as the go-to person for community groups, rec boards, and local legends who make things happen.
- Connecting communities with provincial sport, culture, and recreation opportunities.
- Helping local groups dream big (and find the funding to make it real).
- Supporting programs that reflect what people actually need and want.
- Running consultations, building partnerships, and championing volunteerism.
- Promoting events and programs like a marketing wizard (social media skills welcome).
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of community needs—then helping turn those needs into awesome initiatives.
