Perma-Pipe seeks a Project Coordinator – Insulation for its district heating and cooling business. You will review specifications, maintain project records, and communicate schedules with customers and Sales. The work also connects Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance to support accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-purchase order activities for assigned insulation projects
- Review customer specifications and project documentation
- Communicate timelines, updates, delivery schedules, and constraints
- Coordinate production sequencing, shipping,
and delivery documentation
- Monitor progress and escalate potential delays or issues
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Two to four-plus years in project coordination or related operations
- Manufacturing or industrial workplace experience
- ERP/MRP systems and order management experience
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
