ADP seeks a Funding Consultant with operational processing and project management expertise to support Financial Services funding operations and controls.

This Funding Consultant coordinates daily functions, workflow oversight, and development for ADP’s Funding Team. The role manages projects, maintains processes, supports compliance, and serves as a subject matter expert. It also includes coaching associates, reporting, relationship management, and escalated case resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily Funding Team functions with leadership
- Plan and implement projects improving productivity and cycle time
- Maintain documented processes, training, and compliance enhancements
- Coach associates on performance and development planning




- Resolve escalated client issues and monitor case documentation

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Advanced operational processing and control procedure experience
- Project coordination and implementation experience
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office components
- Minimum five years’ business experience preferred

Support ADP’s Financial Services Funding Team through operational expertise, project leadership, coaching, and escalation management.
