As Director, you will lead first-line risk and control management programs within RBC US Consolidated US Operations. Your work covers Capital Markets, City National Bank, RBC Bank (Georgia), and US Wealth Management. You will maintain risk registers, assess inherent and residual risks, and support effective governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute comprehensive RCSA and PRCSA programs across RBC US units
- Maintain risk and control inventories across business segments
- Assess inherent and residual risks with stakeholders
- Communicate control effectiveness changes to CUSO CCO members




- Represent Integrated Operational Risk at meetings and audits

Requirements:

- Experience leading teams executing first-line risk assessments
- Knowledge of Capital Markets, Wealth, or Consumer products
- Advanced knowledge of first-line risks and regulatory controls
- Experience designing, testing, and integrating controls into registers
- Independent problem-solving and escalation judgment
