Wepoint seeks a Business Systems Analyst with at least five years of recent business analysis experience. You will support AI framework development, requirements documentation, and stakeholder alignment. The work includes Agile practices, business process modeling, and solution development lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop prioritized, adaptable AI transformation roadmaps
- Coordinate AI framework development and adoption activities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, forums, and steering committees
- Develop reusable AI assets, models, and practice guides




- Recommend improvements by documenting lessons learned

Requirements:

- Degree in business, information technology, computer science, systems, or cybersecurity
- Five years’ recent business analysis experience
- Five years’ workshop facilitation with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with process modeling, use cases, and requirements traceability
- Canada-based, eligible for Secret clearance, and authorized to work
