As Vice President, Intelligence & Impact, you will report directly to the CEO in a globally focused, mission-driven workplace. You will connect strategic planning, portfolio evaluation, analytics, AI, automation, and integrated data systems. Your work will guide resource allocation and measurable animal welfare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define organizational strategy, priorities, and evidence-based resource allocation
- Evaluate global initiatives for effectiveness, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Translate research, trends, and data into actionable recommendations
- Establish impact measurement frameworks across programs and geographies




- Build a multidisciplinary Intelligence & Impact team

Requirements:

- Significant senior leadership experience in strategy, transformation, analytics, or related disciplines
- Strong quantitative, qualitative, financial, and operational skills
- Experience implementing performance measurement and evaluation methodologies
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Commitment to improving farmed animal welfare
