As a people-oriented Member Experience Supervisor and Experience Manager delegate, you help staff deliver on MOVATI Athletic's promise to members. You coach and motivate employees, share knowledge, and support team sales goals while meeting your own targets.

You engage members and potential members, identify their unique goals, and connect them with appropriate Club products, services, and people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as delegate to the Experience Manager
- Share experience and knowledge with staff
- Engage members and potential members
- Answer questions about membership
- Ensure members and guests feel welcomed

Requirements:

- Two or more years of related customer experience
- One or more years of sales experience
- Ability to describe previous sales achievements
- Demonstrated meaningful customer growth
- Availability for mornings, afternoons, days, and weekends
