This role leads the store during the manager’s absence and offers a progressive career path with potential to grow into store leadership. Responsibilities include inventory management, daily cash deposits, and overall store operations. Assistant Store Manager Main Responsibilities Open and close the high volume retail branch. Advise and serve customers, including assessing their needs, proposing solutions, and dyeing and matching paint products. Work in a retail environment, ensuring the store is clean and well stocked. Lift, move,



and store products according to safety guidelines. Lead employees in the manager's absence. Assistant Store Manager Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to work flexible hours with varied schedules, including evenings and weekends. Understanding of KPIs and ability to lead. Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing. Capability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly. Previous experience in a retail or commercial environment is preferred.
