As a Fleet Maintenance Expert, you will serve as a technical resource for a Canadian fleet of heavy and specialized equipment. You will improve equipment reliability, optimize maintenance practices, and support mechanical teams. Based in Pointe-aux-Trembles, with travel across Quebec and Ontario and occasional travel to the United States.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose complex mechanical failures and recommend lasting solutions involving diesel engines, hydraulics, pumps, and specialized systems.
- Improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs and investigate recurring equipment failures.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to mechanics and field teams.
- Assess major repairs, quotations, and costs, and recommend equipment refurbishment or replacement.
- Support the evaluation and acquisition of new or used equipment and continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

Compensation & Benefits
