The position leads Property Accountants while coordinating reporting packages, recoveries, audits, and budgets. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and coach Property Accountants
- Review monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
- Manage CAM and property tax reconciliations




- Oversee annual property budgets and stakeholder coordination
- Manage year-end audit requirements and external auditor liaison

Requirements:

- Accounting education and CPA or equivalent designation
- Five years real estate accounting experience, minimum
- Commercial property accounting and recovery knowledge
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
- Microsoft Office and property accounting software proficiency
