Lead reforestation planning in a field-based Silviculture Supervisor role with West Fraser at Blue Ridge Lumber, Alberta. Use forestry expertise and leadership daily.

Reporting to the Silviculture Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day reforestation activities and support sustainable forest management. The position coordinates with Silviculture, Planning, and Operations teams while ensuring plans are executed safely, efficiently, and compliantly. Travel within the operating area is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support reforestation program planning and implementation
- Coordinate programs with Silviculture, Planning, and Operations teams
- Monitor contractor compliance with secure operating procedures
- Monitor SFI certification and health and safety programs

Requirements:

- Forestry, natural resources, or relevant degree or diploma
- Alberta RPF or RPFT designation, or eligibility
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and willingness to learn
