Lead financial accounting for CAMH Foundation in Toronto, combining CPA expertise with hybrid work requiring at least two onsite days weekly.

The Manager, Finance provides high-level accounting support and strengthens financial capacity for sustainable growth. This position oversees reporting, controls, donations, grants, and compliance. It also leads a team of six while supporting CAMH Foundation’s mission and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accounting system integrity and timely financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee gift processing, accounts payable, banking, and transfers
- Prepare reports, analyses, HST returns, and audit materials
- Coach six staff members and complete performance reviews

Requirements:

- University degree and recognized CPA designation or equivalent
- Five-plus years’ financial accounting experience
- At least two years’ not-for-profit experience preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting systems
- Solid organization, communication, initiative, and prioritization skills
