As Director of Information Technology, you provide strategic leadership and oversight across networks, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and information management. You advise the City Manager, Leadership Team, and Council while supporting reliable services, operational efficiency, and secure digital transformation. The position participates in senior leadership and corporate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop technology strategies, governance frameworks, and digital transformation roadmaps
- Oversee networks, servers, cloud platforms, telecommunications, and applications
- Lead cybersecurity, incident response, privacy,



and information protection programs
- Direct technology projects, implementations, modernization, and change management
- Manage budgets, procurement, contracts, vendors, and departmental priorities

Requirements:

- University degree in information technology or related discipline
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible information technology experience
- At least 7 years managing technical teams, budgets, projects, and vendors
- Two listed professional or technology certifications
- Satisfactory Police Record Check
