Lead secure IT and OT service delivery at Agnico Eagle’s Detour Lake Mine, overseeing networking, systems, cybersecurity, and operational support onsite.

Reporting to the Manager, IT Ontario Operations, this Information Technology General Supervisor leads the local team. You will align infrastructure, business systems, mine systems, and end-user services with operational priorities. The role provides technical direction across governance, service management, projects, vendors, and lifecycle planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead site IT and OT support service delivery and improvement
- Oversee network infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and lifecycle
- Direct business systems, Microsoft 365, identity, servers, and platforms
- Coordinate major incident response, recovery communication,



and follow-up actions
- Apply cybersecurity, resilience, change, documentation, and operational readiness controls

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years progressive IT/OT experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- Enterprise and industrial networking experience in complex environments
- Experience managing teams, vendors, budgets, projects, and priorities
