As an Account Manager, you will serve as K+S Services’ primary customer liaison for day-to-day operations. You will work with maintenance, purchasing, and engineering personnel while supporting repairs, inventory, reporting, and reliability improvements. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with key plant personnel
- Execute spare parts strategies focused on repairs
- Ship, receive, and expedite customer orders
- Manage the STAMP database accurately
- Process approvals and oversee repairable assets
Requirements:
- Five-plus years manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical background and technical drawing understanding preferred
- Clear, confident, qualified communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and walk extensively
- Microsoft Office and customer software proficiency
