Lead automotive product launches at Johnson Electric in Ancaster, Ontario, using project management and manufacturing expertise onsite. Guide programs from concept through production start-up.

As Launch Manager, you will plan and execute launches while coordinating Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance. Your work supports customer, quality, cost, timing, and operational requirements across recent manufacturing solutions. Experience with APQP, PPAP, capacity studies, and automotive quality requirements is central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead new product launch planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across major plant-launch activities
- Develop timelines, milestones, deliverables,



and launch-readiness plans
- Drive PPAP approval and customer acceptance
- Monitor project costs, timing, risks, resources, and actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Two to three years’ automotive manufacturing experience
- Project or program management experience
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Run at Rate, and capacity studies
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and GD&T;
