Tactx Project Sales & Marketing is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist for purpose-built rental communities, newly completed developments, and developer-owned portfolios. You will manage prospects, coordinate leasing activity, and support project launches. A valid BC real estate licence is strongly preferred, while relevant unlicensed experience in project sales, presales, or multifamily leasing is considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inquiries, appointments, and follow-up for assigned residential projects
- Conduct authorized property tours and present homes, amenities, pricing, and incentives




- Support prospective residents throughout applications and leasing
- Maintain prospect records, schedules, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with Tactx, developers, property managers, and brokerage partners

Requirements:

- Experience with new-development sales, presales, or multifamily leasing
- Solid communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and consistent follow-up habits
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for Central Okanagan assignments
