As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to coordinate daily spa operations. You will support department leaders, maintain service standards, and connect teams, systems, and spaces. Your leadership will balance guest satisfaction, employee engagement, operational consistency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion a seamless guest journey across every spa department
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, readiness, and guest flow
- Coach department leaders through feedback, accountability, and development
- Monitor budgets, labour costs, productivity, and financial performance




- Assume overall spa operations during the General Manager's absence

Requirements:

- Three to five years' progressive management experience in hospitality, wellness, or resorts
- Experience leading multiple operating departments or complex service operations
- Ability to coach leaders and manage operational performance
- Robust organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using reservation, Point of Sale, scheduling, reporting, and Microsoft Office systems
