As Managing Director, you will manage and grow portfolio companies while reporting to an Investment Partner. You will execute strategies spanning positioning, operations, growth, product, and technology. The mandate includes improving profitability, customer retention, product roadmaps, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the operating model across portfolio businesses

- Support sales, customer success, and research initiatives

Requirements:

- Six or more years in consulting, technology, or software
