As a Bodily Injury Claims Analyst, you will handle tort claims from investigation through resolution. You will evaluate liability, injuries, damages, and quantum while communicating with claimants, counsel, witnesses, and specialists. The work includes maintaining reserves, documenting information, and managing claim costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate liability, injuries, and accident-related damages thoroughly
- Evaluate complex claims and negotiate timely resolutions
- Maintain case reserves under bodily injury protocols
- Communicate with claimants, counsel, and claim professionals




- Attend mediations, pre-trials, and trials as required

Requirements:

- Two to three years of insurance adjusting experience
- Alberta or bodily injury experience preferred
- Strong insurance industry and legal environment understanding
- Superior communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Certified Insurance Qualified designation pursued or preferred
