Manage recruitment for skilled, technical, skilled trades, and production positions. The role also supports orientation, onboarding, employee relations, HR policy, and assigned projects with guidance from the Human Resources Manager. Work is divided between Northern locations and Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage requisitions from intake through offers of employment
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
- Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain records and report recruitment metrics

Requirements:

- Three to five years of progressive HR experience
- Two years of full-cycle recruitment preferred
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Technical, skilled trades, manufacturing, or oil and gas recruiting experience
- Up to 20% travel to Northern branches and office work
