This temporary Senior Civil Engineering Technologist II position serves the Infrastructure Services Department’s Engineering Services Division. Reporting to the Manager of Development Engineering, you will support municipal land development through technical review, site servicing administration, construction inspection, and stakeholder responses. The role also involves watermain commissioning approvals and engineering standards work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer subdivision agreements and oversee service acceptance
- Review grading plans and provide technical comments
- Administer municipal site servicing processes and fees




- Coordinate watermain commissioning plan approvals
- Respond to development inquiries from diverse stakeholders

Requirements:

- Three-year diploma in Civil or Transportation Engineering Technology
- OACETT registration with CET designation
- Five years’ municipal engineering or land development experience
- Experience with agreements and construction inspection
- Knowledge of Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software
