This Fleet and Infrastructure Lead manages vehicles, warehouses, and critical mobile equipment across Canada. The position requires commercial truck systems knowledge, Canadian regulatory awareness, and solid coordination skills. It supports operational efficiency through scheduled maintenance, inspections, documentation, and standardized warehouse practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage vehicle fleets for the Canadian service organization
- Manage warehouses and critical mobile equipment
- Maintain compliance with federal and provincial requirements
- Coordinate licensing, inspections, servicing, repairs,



and maintenance schedules
- Oversee warehouse standardization, 5S, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Three or more years in fleet or warehouse management preferred
- Knowledge of Canadian provincial and federal laws
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial truck components
- Knowledge of Lean, 6S, Kaizen, or TPM practices
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
