AltaPro Electric seeks an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager for complex projects from design and preconstruction through closeout. The work combines electrical constructability, financial awareness, relationship building, and collaborative delivery. You will contribute to Big Room planning, pull planning, target-value thinking, and shared accountability within IPD teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial electrical projects through construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Participate in IPD planning, scheduling, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Develop budgets, estimates, forecasts, and project financial reporting
- Coordinate clients, consultants, trade partners,



suppliers, and field leadership
- Prepare RFIs, change orders, claims, correspondence, and project reporting

Requirements:

- Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification required
- Three to five years of commercial electrical project management preferred
- Experience with IPD or highly cooperative delivery models preferred
- Knowledge of commercial electrical construction methods and Canadian Electrical Code
- Flexibility to travel and support projects outside Edmonton
