What you´’ll do

As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning & S&OP;, you will lead the Canadian Hair Professional planning organization and the planning processes that connect commercial demand with supply, inventory and business priorities. You will lead and develop a planning team and connect the Canadian business with regional and global planning teams.

As a key leader within the Canadian Hair Qualified Supply Chain organization, you will:

- Own the Canadian planning cycle, translating commercial inputs, portfolio changes and supply constraints into an executable plan.
- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process,



ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and supply chain capabilities.
- Lead and develop a planning team responsible for delivering accurate demand forecasts and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and forecast bias.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus plans, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
- Own supply chain planning support for innovation launches, relaunches, regulatory projects, and portfolio changes, ensuring readiness and on‑time execution.
- Lead co-pack planning activities, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and product availability.
- Own portfolio inventory performance, balancing customer service with Days on Hand and Cash Net Working Capital objectives; driving actions to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including service levels, forecast accuracy & bias, inventory health, working capital, and innovation launch performance.
