The Portfolio Lead owns brand strategy, portfolio growth, innovation, commercial execution, and marketing capability development. You will shape annual operating plans, identify consumer demand, and deliver revenue, market share, profit, and brand equity objectives. The position leads cross-functional teams, agency partners, and direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build the strategic vision for full portfolio programming

- Design annual operating plans using consumer insights

Requirements:

- 10+ years progressive marketing leadership experience in CPG or adjacent industries
- Success leading category strategy, innovation, and portfolio growth
- Experience managing P&L; and commercial investment decisions
- Experience developing high-performing teams and direct reports
- Solid cross-functional leadership influencing senior stakeholders
