As Senior Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Database Administrator, you will support mission-critical enterprise systems. The work spans on-premises infrastructure, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machines. You will lead performance, reliability, security, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer SQL Server and Azure database platforms across enterprise environments
- Diagnose performance using Query Store, execution plans, and monitoring tools
- Optimize T-SQL, indexes, statistics, TempDB, locking, and transaction logs
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, migrations, upgrades, and patching
- Own incidents,



root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and stakeholder communications

Requirements:

- Eight to fourteen years of relevant database administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft SQL Server and Azure DBA expertise
- Deep performance monitoring, execution-plan analysis, and T-SQL optimization knowledge
- High availability, replication, backup, recovery, migration, and upgrade experience
- PowerShell, T-SQL, Azure CLI, and infrastructure-as-code automation capabilities
