Lead Microsoft 365 collaboration with SharePoint Online administration and development, working across Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.

This technical lead delivers SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio capabilities. The work includes governance, integrations, production support, documentation, and mentoring technical resources. You will translate business requirements into solution designs, technical tasks, and delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical delivery and support for Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions
- Design SharePoint sites, metadata, permissions, search, and lifecycle patterns
- Deliver Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, approvals, and workflows
- Configure Copilot Studio agents using SharePoint knowledge sources




- Prepare designs, runbooks, deployment guides, and support documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum 10-15 years of IT experience
- Robust hands-on SharePoint Online and Power Platform experience
- SharePoint architecture, governance, search, permissions, and lifecycle knowledge
- Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, and solution lifecycle experience
- Technical leadership, communication, peer review, and delivery planning abilities
