The Store Manager is a leader within LensCrafters and EssilorLuxottica. This role integrates the Brand Story, analyzes reporting, and implements action plans. Success includes robust operations, optical merchandise knowledge, sales skills, and partnership with the Doctor of Optometry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure unsurpassed customer service from the LensCrafters team
- Train and coach team members through Company programs
- Analyze reporting and improve store performance indicators
- Partner with the Doctor of Optometry on customer experience
- Guide operational, inventory, visual, and safety execution

Requirements:

- High School graduate or equivalent
- Four or more years management or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
- Strong influencing, negotiating, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to manage time under aggressive deadlines
