Lead external manufacturing and supply partnerships at Apotex, applying pharmaceutical operations expertise, contract management, and strategic leadership.

The Director oversees CMOs, CPOs, in-licensing, and co-development partners within an assigned portfolio. This senior leader owns operational relationships, manages performance, and supports Apotex’s external growth strategy. The role works across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Technical, Business Development, Legal, and Alliance Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage strategic CMO and CPO relationships across the assigned portfolio
- Establish governance frameworks with Strategic Alliance Management
- Lead performance reviews, escalations, and operational issue resolution
- Oversee supply and technology transfer contract execution




- Lead cross-functional disruption and risk mitigation efforts

Requirements:

- University degree in Business, Science, or a related field
- 10+ years’ pharmaceutical external manufacturing and supply experience
- Experience managing partner relationships and supply agreements
- Robust leadership in matrix-managed, cross-functional environments
- Pharmaceutical product, manufacturing, packaging, and testing knowledge
