Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing retail branch teamsExecute annual business plans supporting ACU’s strategic planAdvance proactive advice and service deliveryResolve escalated member complaints and remove service pain pointsSupport Board reviews, reports, recommendations, and policiesRequirements:
Related degree and ten years of cross-functional experienceMinimum five years of management experience or equivalentFinancial services sector experience requiredExperience coaching successful sales teams requiredEnglish and French skills preferred;
valid driver’s licence requiredBring strategic leadership, banking operations expertise, and coaching strength to ACU’s retail branches across Manitoba.
