Lead US operations from Toronto, directing league nights, venues, staffing, and logistics across Brodie League’s expanding sports network.As Vice President of US Operations, you will own delivery across every US market, venue, game night, and launch. You will set direction with the Chief Operating Officer while translating Canadian flagship standards for US growth. The work includes building a scalable operating system spanning playbooks, training, certification, tooling, and scorecards.

You will guide District Managers, League Managers, referees, scorekeepers, and game-night crews toward consistent athlete experiences across many cities and states.Key Responsibilities:

Own US venues, schedules, referees, scorekeepers, equipment, check-in, streaming, and logisticsMaintain reliability standards, backups, escalation ownership,



and same-day fixesReview market reports and resolve red-flagged issues promptlyClear venue disputes, staffing gaps, and escalated player complaintsCentralize repeatable work across leagues, events, drop-ins, and rentalsRequirements:
