This Human Resources Generalist supports AGAT operations across provincial, territorial, and federal requirements. The position provides recruitment, training, policy, analytics, and employee relations support. It also advises on advantages, RRSP programs, performance management, investigations, and workplace accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws across AGAT operations
- Support recruitment, training, policies, and HR analytics
- Advise managers on procedures and performance management




- Resolve employee relations matters and investigate workplace issues
- Coordinate payroll, disability management, and accommodation processes

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Human Resources education or related experience
- Previous Human Resources work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and required Excel skills
