Lead project controls for The Ottawa Hospital’s New Campus Development, using integrated scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring expertise. This is a regular full time position.

As Senior Project Manager, Project Controls, you will oversee controls supporting successful delivery of a large, complex capital project. The work includes developing processes, managing Primavera P6 schedules, analyzing performance, and informing leadership decisions. You will also coordinate consultants and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project controls processes, tools, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Develop integrated schedules and monitor progress against milestones
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting




- Coordinate external consultants and subject matter experts

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field
- Seven years’ progressive project controls and scheduling experience
- Experience managing integrated schedules using Primavera P6
- Three years leading multidisciplinary schedule reviews and consultants
- Advanced analytical, leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
