As a Senior Product Developer, you manage complex products while protecting design intent and brand integrity. You partner with designers, pattern makers, vendors, and production teams to achieve function, fit, quality, and commercial viability. You also mentor Product Developers and support process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute complex product development from concept through pre-production readiness
- Partner with design, sourcing, production, and quality departments
- Validate prototypes against function, fit, quality, and construction standards




- Maintain BOM information and technical specification documentation
- Coach Product Developers and train recent hires as required

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in technical product development
- Industrial Design degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, construction, and sourcing
- Experience communicating with domestic and offshore vendors
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite or similar software
