Advanced Excel and project reporting define this hybrid Project & Reporting Analyst role at telMAX, supporting construction initiatives across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will work with the Project Management Office on coordination, reporting, and operational processes. The position supports business alignment through accurate project visibility, consistent documentation, and efficient workflows. Power Query experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Distribute construction packages to contractors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain Excel trackers, templates, and project management reports
- Develop reports using the Master Schedule and project tools
- Support project data migration into the Clad system




- Contribute to cash forecasts and Finance month-end reporting

Requirements:

- Advanced Excel skills required; Power Query is an asset
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
