Lead financial governance, IFRS accounting, and internal controls as ROSEN’s North America Controller, based in Calgary, Alberta. Guide operations across three countries.

This senior Finance leader oversees Canada, the United States, and Mexico. The position manages reporting, compliance, technical accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and control risks. It partners with Accounting, Controlling/FP&A;, Tax, and business leadership while developing the North America Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide governance and controllership across North American entities
- Review consolidated and divisional financial statements and reporting
- Maintain IFRS policies, controls, and financial information integrity
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and managerial accounting
- Oversee audits,



statutory reporting, compliance, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- CPA or equivalent qualified accounting designation required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Controller or Director experience in complex multi-jurisdiction companies
- Public accounting experience in financial audits and IFRS
- 8+ years senior finance leadership and 5+ years leadership experience
