Licensed Mould Makers can apply precision machining and mould expertise at DENSO Manufacturing Canada in a technical production environment.

This Mould Maker position supports plastic injection mould performance through repairs, maintenance, modifications, and current mould construction. DENSO seeks licensed 431A professionals with strong machining knowledge, CNC capability, and injection mould understanding. The work includes milling, turning, surface grinding, welding, CNC sinker EDM, and CNC milling. Mastercam experience, technical drawing interpretation, dimensional inspection, and flash repair knowledge support the position. Journeyman experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform breakdown repairs on plastic injection moulds
- Complete preventive maintenance, inspection, repair,



and reassembly
- Fabricate mould inserts, components, fixtures, and tooling
- Program and operate CNC equipment using Mastercam
- Modify moulds and complete engineering changes

Requirements:

- Licensed Mould Maker certification 431A
- Minimum three years journeyman mould making experience
- Excellent machining knowledge and precision
- Safe operation of common tool room machinery
- Technical knowledge of mould repairs and flash prevention
